AgreeYa Transforms Information Management for a Government Agency

Our customer is a Government agency responsible for governing a county spread across 744 sq. mi. The agency operates with more than 33 departments and the Office of Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder & Chief Elections Officer is an important department. The department had been leveraging an outdated Joomla portal to store, manage and deliver various documents to the Assessor’s Office. However, lately, the platform was proving insufficient to meet the department’s existing storage requirements. The non-intuitive nature of the portal was also creating various roadblocks for users towards quick access to information.
