Folsom, CA (April 19, 2012) – AgreeYa Solutions today announced the addition of Shiv Nath Ghosh as Managing Director of their India operations. This latest appointment will enable AgreeYa to expand their presence in the India market further as well as enhance the company’s operational efficiency.
With more than 22 years of experience in IT and Software, Financial Services, and Telecom industries, Shiv brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to AgreeYa. As a business leader, Shiv has successfully managed large and growing technology solution businesses in highly competitive and complex markets, and has a strong track record of driving growth with profitability.
Prior to AgreeYa, Shiv has fulfilled a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise Application Services (EAS) at Sify Technologies where he was instrumental in growing the EAS business into a large and profitable unit. Before that, as Vice President of Vendor Financial Services at GE Capital Services, India, Shiv was responsible for building the organization’s Leasing Solution financing business that resulted in a comprehensive offering for the market. Shiv has also held senior executive positions in various other Fortune 10 companies including Microsoft, Dell, and HCL.
