Our customer is the largest Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) in the nation representing six of the ten counties in Southern California. The MPO has six offices across locations in Southern California to better tackle the requirements of the 19 million residents it serves. It had been leveraging Skype for Business along with SharePoint (SCAG Hub, OneDrive, Network Drives, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration and communication between the staff located at different locations and departments. With Skype for Business’ end of life approaching, the organization had to bid adieu to their favorite communication tool and move to Microsoft Teams.
