Our customer is a town council responsible for serving over 50,000 residents in a Southern Arizona town. Over the past few years, the town has become one of the most business-supportive communities, which led to an exceptional proliferation of transportation and logistics businesses in the town. The town council utilized a traffic monitoring app to control traffic congestion. The mobile app enables police authorities to monitor traffic across the town, view areas requiring traffic control and indicates the number of stops traffic authorities need to make. However, the existing mobile app had been designed and developed in 2017 and had an outdated version of Flutter with deprecated dependencies.
