A City Council responsible for projects and services that directly uplift the quality of life of residents in a city in Colorado had been leveraging Exchange 2016 for employee emailing and scheduling. It was also using on-premises File Server based File Share platform to meet employee collaboration requirements. The existing file-sharing system was complicated with nested permissions creating several roadblocks towards the efficient administration and management of files. To mitigate such shortcomings and improve its IT infrastructure, the city council was in search of a technology partner with expertise in Microsoft 365-based solutions and services.
AgreeYa enabled the city council to migrate its on-premises Exchange 2016-based platform to Microsoft 365 Exchange Government Community Cloud tenancy using the Hybrid model.
