Mr. Cammack brings more than 25 years of financial management experience to AgreeYa and will be leading their Finance and Accounting functions. Prior to joining AgreeYa, Mr. Cammack was a consultant to GE Commercial Finance, working with their Special Situations Group. Previously, he held the CFO position with a number of Silicon Valley technology companies. Mr. Cammack’s professional background includes work for both public and private companies in the technology arena. In addition to expertise in the finance discipline, he has direct experience in general management, managing domestic and international investors, and managing technology licensing and distribution relationships. Mr. Cammack has a Bachelors Degree from San Francisco State University and a MBA from Santa Clara University.
