Folsom, CA (August 5, 2008) – AgreeYa Solutions today announced Mr. Philip Hall as their new Head of Quality. Mr. Hall brings more than 27 years of experience in information technology to AgreeYa and will be leading their Quality function, rooted in AgreeYa’s assessment as a CMMI company. Mr. Hall joined AgreeYa through their recent acquisition of Soltius Infotech’s India Operations, and he will be based out of AgreeYa’s Global Delivery Center in NOIDA, India. Previously with Soltius, Mr. Hall was managing delivery and strategic client relationships which were transitioned to AgreeYa. He will continue to perform those duties in addition to assuming the role as Head of Quality for AgreeYa.

Originally from England, Mr. Hall previously worked in the UK for JBA International for 10 years in application design and development with a speciality in Manufacturing and Distribution. He subsequently moved to Asia where he served as IT Director for Zuellig Pharma and DKSH Healthcare and then as CIO for Jardine Transport. He has worked on Enterprise Applications for almost seven years having been Project Manager in multiple projects and Project Director with responsibility for quality assurance over projects across Asia-Pacific. Mr. Hall has lived in India for the past year where he was overseeing Delivery and Quality for Soltius Infotech’s India Development Center in SAP, Microsoft, and other technologies.
