Announces Acquisition of Soltius Infotech (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Folsom, CA (April 14, 2008) – AgreeYa Solutions (AgreeYa), a global provider of business and technology services and solutions with headquarters in Folsom, CA, has announced its recent acquisition of the India operations of Soltius Infotech, a global provider of IT solutions and services.

Soltius Infotech is primarily a SAP services company with additional competencies in Microsoft and Java technologies. AgreeYa has been working with India-based Soltius on various technology projects since 2001, beginning with an offshore project for one of its local government clients building a mobile application, to the most recent win at a local utility company involving SAP and web development engagements. In an effort to continue building competencies in their Java and Microsoft practices along with the opportunity to expand their global presence to Europe, AgreeYa decided to acquire Soltius’s India operations.

The Soltius practices bring a portfolio of Microsoft and Java development capabilities and ongoing projects which complement AgreeYa’s robust technology services and solutions. With this acquisition and synergies, AgreeYa will look to grow its existing business and pursue a wider range of opportunities in the European markets. All staff and customer relationships were transferred to AgreeYa. The transition was completed as of April 1, 2008.
