Announces Acquisition of Bartig, Basler & Ray Business Advisory Services
Folsom – July 10, 2006: AgreeYa Solutions, a leading provider of technology services and solutions with headquarters in Folsom, has announced its recent acquisition of Bartig, Basler & Ray Business Advisory Services LLC (BB&R BAS), a Sacramento-based management and business consulting company.

While separating the consulting function will eliminate future independence conflicts for the accounting firm, AgreeYa looks forward to maintaining a close working relationship with Gallina LLP.
