Folsom, CA (May 17, 2011) – AgreeYa Solutions today announced that with the growth of its Global Strategic Outsourcing (GSO) practice it has hired industry veteran Ravi Shanker to lead the practice.
Mr. Shanker brings over 20 years of experience in global operations, professional services and client support services across a wide range of industries including high tech, banking and finance, utilities and telecommunications. He was most recently VP of Delivery at Ness Technologies where he managed PayPal, eBay and Google delivery centers across US, India, Singapore, Ireland and Czech Republic.
