Who can use the Contract

Customers may competitively solicit ITSAC services through requests for resume or statements of work (SOW). Contracts may be used by all eligible Customers including Texas State Agencies, units of Local Government, cities, counties, public school districts, municipalities, Special Purpose Districts, Institutions of Higher Education, assistance organizations, Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), Private Schools, Private or Independent Institutions of Higher Education, Volunteer Fire Departments, Public Safety Entities, County hospitals, public hospitals or hospital districts, and public entities outside Texas.

There are two (2) types of solicitations allowable under this Contract.
1. Statement of Work – a solicitation document distributed to one (1) or more Contract holders requesting a response to a specific Customer need for a business solution to a staffing need;
2. Request for Resumes – a solicitation document distributed to one (1) or more Contract holders requesting resumes to fill a particular staff need. Customers may limit the number of resumes received from each Contract holder.

Pricing Schedule

In order to fulfill ongoing need for staffing or statement of work (SOW) to support a variety of IT technical and associated business areas, State of Texas- DIR has setup convenience contracts (with not-to-exceed rates) with few selected vendors. Please refer to the document below for negotiated Not To Exceed Bill Rates.
