IT Solutions Management for Human Services (ISM) by American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) is a group of Health and Human Services (H/HS) Information Technology (IT) professionals representing federal, state, and local governments, from the U.S., its Territories, Canada, other countries, as well as the private sector.

ISM is the premiere event which promotes IT solutions and best practices that enhance the delivery of health and human services. ISM shares innovative solutions, provides peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and allows members to collaborate with private sector partners to create a modern, responsive health and human services system for the future.
