Ever since its inception, the law firm operated with a manual e-filing process. However, with time the volume and complexity of the process have grown exponentially. As a result, the existing manual processing was proving inadequate and time-consuming. After due diligence, our experts proposed and deployed BeatBlip. BeatBlip’s process automation capabilities enabled the law firm to automate multiple cumbersome processes. The solution automatically fetched all the documents from the pending claims folder in Windows Virtual Machine, arranged these according to the date of processing, verified the documents utilizing Cogent, and moved them to the “e-Filing ready” folder.
