Our customer is a leading provider of debt recovery solutions for consumers, across a broad range of assets. Its solutions have been helping consumers across 50 states in the U.S. resolve their past-due debts and gain better control over their financial obligations. The organization has witnessed an exponential growth in recent years but in contrast its data practices had not matured at the same pace. All the departments were still reporting in silos and continued using their department-specific reporting systems. These disparate and unwieldy reporting systems were not supporting the business’ financial modeling and reporting process requirements.
The customer approached AgreeYa for support and we came up with an effective multi-phase solution roadmap. As part of our solution, we moved all the data from department-specific and disparate reporting systems to a central and secured Azure data warehouse, integrated it with Power BI, and leveraged the data security features of Azure Cloud to ensure the privacy of data.
