This annual event is a unique opportunity for California’s key state and local government executives to come together and recognize outstanding professional accomplishments in technology over the past year. The Best of CA 2008 began with an inspiring keynote address and was followed by general and concurrent sessions featuring both industry and government senior experts. The highlight of the event was the popular Best of California Awards Ceremony where government leaders were recognized for their dedication, hard work, and contributions using technology to improve service to California citizens.
