The customer’s challenge was to monitor their network spanned across the North America region and resolve any issues in the network in case of any network failure. Their network traverse across 4G, and 5G.
AgreeYa provided them a solution called – Network Log File Monitoring (NLFM). It helped them to monitor the logs from the devices on the network on a particular path. This is achieved by monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and events on the network (5G, 4G) by field engineers.
