AgreeYa Solutions Chalks Out Aggressive Expansion Plans


EXPAND INDIA OPERATIONS WITH SECOND DELIVERY CENTER; SCOUTS FOR ACQUISITIONS TO ADD SPECIALIZED SKILLS IN ERP; SETS UP MARKETING OPERATIONS IN MIDDLE-EAST AND UK

New Delhi, June 20, 2006: AgreeYa Solutions, the Indian founded California based Business and Technology Solutions company today announced aggressive plans to expand operations and market penetration in India with target of reaching $100M by 2007-2008.

The Folsom, California headquartered AgreeYa Solutions in the past 5 years of tough economic and market conditions, has shown impressive 400% growth. Mr. Ajay Kaul, Managing Partner, AgreeYa said, "We are looking to invest $15M over next 2-3 years to support our future growth plans and the growing market needs. The Company already has its Global Delivery Centre (GDC) at Noida, a 250 person facility which serves as the back-end solutions development organization for its overseas customers. It also provides solutions to top-end MNC's and Indian corporate houses with core focus on verticals like Banking & Finance, Public Utilities, HealthCare, and Telecom.

Among the outlined plans is the opening of a second delivery center cum marketing office at Bangalore. As we expand our India sales operations we expect significant portion of the business coming from this region. Bangalore is hub for talent in emerging technologies. The other growth strategies come from scouting for acquisition of a medium size ERP (SAP) solutions. Mr. Ajay Kaul, added, "With expertise around SAP (migration and support) in AgreeYa US and need of similar solutions in the Middle-East markets, we need to build our capability in India. We are specifically looking at certain niche offerings around SAP applications and SMB marketplace needs".

Finally, to support our growth plan and mitigate dependence on the US market, AgreeYa has setup marketing offices in Middle-East and is looking to expand into UK. According to Mr. Ajay Kaul," We have built specific pre-packaged solutions apart from custom solutions and services for our private and public sector clients in the US. In the same league, we are seeking to mitigate single market dependency and emerge as a truly global player with opening of our operations in Middle-East and UK."

While its focus so far in India has been as a delivery hub, AgreeYa now seeks to expand its reach into the corporate market in the country with its products and solutions.
